As one of the earliest and long-lasting sports,  Kung Fu  has developed its own characteristics and functions, details will follow:

1. As a sport, Kung Fu holds the characteristics of offense-defense in technology, but it also blend fighting skill into combats and routines.

2. Unity of form and spirit, combination of internal and external and widespread adaptability. Those are a distinctive feature of Kung Fu .
